How to lose weight in 2
weeks is a very good question. Weight loss can occur in 2
weeks, but it is a
matter of keeping it off once the task is completed that makes losing

good aerobic exercise in. If you are a woman, you should try to limit
your
calorie intake to 1,200 to 1,500 calories, whereas men should limit
their
calorie intake to 1,500 to 1,800.
Depending on how much weight you need to lose is going to depend on how strict you’re going to be with your 2 week diet. It is hard to make any promises as far as how much weight you will really lose because each individual is different, but you know that by following these guidelines you will be able to tell others that you know how to lose weight in 2 weeks. Even a few pounds qualify as true weight loss. It truly comes down to the fact that in order to lose one pound of fat, you have to burn 3,500 more calories that what you have taken in. In all reality, one to two pounds per week is the healthy way and those who lose weight at this normal rate tend to be those who keep it off. Rapid weight loss tends to come back and it can come back faster and even cause you to pack on more weight than you had before you began losing weight. But with the right strategies implemented into your weight loss plan you'll be on the safe side in this regard.
